We make every effort to insure that you package arrives in good condition, according to the shipping instructions you choose. However we cannot be responsible for unforeseen problems with carriers, or if an item is temporarily out of stock. We will do our best to contact you, and help resolve the situation as soon as it comes to our attention, in order to provide you with the high quality customer service you have come to expect from us.
Estimated Delivery Times and Rates
Explorer RV offers a number of express shipping methods in order to serve you best. Delivery times are estimated based on shipments of in-stock merchandise only.
Shipping rates can be quoted prior to delivery. Different types of services attract different rates. It is company policy that all orders will be shipped within 5 working days from receipt of order.
Return Procedure – Warranty Information
Call us at 1800 652 705 or email email@example.com to receive you RMA number.
It is the dealer/customers responsibility to get the product back to our factory. Warranty actions are free of charge including unlimited access to our 1800 number however all postage/freight for product returns are the purchasers responsibility. Our liability does not cover the feight/postage component.
Goods can be shipped back with a short note outlining the problem. The goods will be inspected and the fault rectified. The goods will then be returned at the purchasers cost.
At this time we have limited agents who can diagnose electronic faults. As more agents can take on this responsibility you will be directed to the closest organisation to have your product rectified.
If products are found to have no fault rather it is user error then there will be no charge for the service also.
Do not forget to include your return address details and telephone number.
The goods carry a 3 year warranty and the technical support line is available for the life of the product.
